The food is deliciously authentic with Native Chef Stave Gallegos at the helm of the recipe writing and food quality. Gallegos and General Manager Jason Armstrong provide warm hospitality and quality service that is hard to come by these days.
Where the Green Chile is Fire Roasted and the Red Chile is blended from pods., the menu features traditional plates, such as Stacked Enchiladas, Huevos Rancheros, Carne Adovada, and Steak and Chicken Fajitas with Tri-Color Peppers. Planning a party? Hot Tamales can help you satisfy your guests with pans of Enchiladas, Tacos, and Tamales. Everything on the menu is available in Bulk sizes. Your large order can be ready at short notice (usually in just a few hours).
Hot Tamales is open daily. Monday through Saturday, 11:00am to 9:00pm, and on Sunday, 9:00am to 3:00pm with a special Sunday Brunch Menu)
